Sales Manager Bose Professional As a sales manager of Bose Professional, your main job will be manage and coach a sales team and to build and maintain long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with our Bose Professional resellers, AV integrators, consultants and end users in a geographical area (Belgium/Luxembourg). Through own prospecting and working with resellers, you and your team will develop and close sales opportunities and create demand for our Bose professional products. Hereby you convert the customer's needs using professional audio advice thus adding value to the sales process. In addition, business development towards projects, end users, consultants and AV integrators is an important part of your daily work. Responsibilities:
Managing and coaching a team of territory managers o Coaching the team to reach their fullest potential, execute our strategy and reach their sales objectives. Market development o Expand Bose Professional's position with our resellers, Consultants, AV integrators and end users in the designated area. o Identifying projects - creating and following up on leads. o Developing projects by actively approaching end users, consultants, and AV integrators. o Supporting our resellers in the sales process for larger projects. Achievement objectives o Achieving set sales targets and growth objectives o Reporting activities and results in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. o Create and maintain account plans. o Support trade shows and other lead generating activities. Job requirements The Bose Professional sales manager recognizes himself/herself in Bose's values:

o Higher education level thinking and working method; specialized in sales and account management. o 3-6 years of experience in preferably technical products in project sales with demonstrable sales results. o 3-6 years of experience as people manager. o Experience with selling/advising high-quality solutions to end users. o See acquisition of projects and end users as a challenge. o Motivated and enthusiastic personality and team player. o Strong verbal and written communication skills. o Good knowledge of the Dutch and English language, both written and spoken. o In possession of driving license B.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Sales EngineeringEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
