The Senior C&B Manager has a diversified and generalist role, covering both strategic project work as well as recurrent implementation of C&B programs and operational C&B support to the HRBPs (4 for the EMEA Region). The headcount for EMEA is 1000; the Senior Manager C&B will mainly support the 600 white collars, of which 250 are based at the Brussels EMEA HQ, (thus excluding the plant personnel). Accountabilities Compensation programs and plans Manages the implementation and systems supporting global compensation programs and practices including salary planning, annual incentives, long-term equity, sales compensation, job grade and job description structure (Global Job Family Architecture in accordance with Willis Tower Watson's Global Grading Structure methodology). Ensures appropriate regional/local design, regional and global consistency, competitiveness, governance, compliance, alignment with indirect compensation initiatives and support of the attainment of strategic business goals. Coordinates participation in salary surveys and performs market data analysis for the development of EMEA market reference ranges, including report development, analysis of market data, EMEA movement recommendation and costing. Continuously evaluates regional compensation programs in context with Global Reward objectives, ensuring collaborative and balanced approach aligned with our business and talent strategies. Serves as subject matter expert for compensation programs to leadership, management and HR communities providing guidance, recommendations and changes. Educate HR and managers to enable sound judgment and decision making for compensation decisions. Ensures compensation programs are in compliance with internal guidelines, local and country regulatory requirements. Compensation packages Prepares compensation packages for Senior Executives and Expats Validates compensation proposals for Professional and Managerial positions Simulates the cost for hiring and leavers Annual Compensation Review Proposes EMEA merit budgets, job family structures and salary ranges, including economic and cost-impact models, ensuring Pay-For-Performance philosophy objectives are met. Ensures the timely administration, processing and communication of annual salary planning, guidelines for increases, annual incentives/variable pay. Liaises with the HRIS team on all compensation system integration and management of compensation related data elements in HRIS. In cooperation with the Payroll and Benefits Manager, calculates bonuses, and follows upon the payments Benefits Initiates the implementation and harmonization of pension and insured benefits plans considering market practice and total reward. Negotiates contracts with benefits providers. Assists with the completion of compensation and benefits aspects of due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. Audit and reporting Provides requested info re compensation and benefits to internal and external auditors. In cooperation with the Payroll and Benefits Manager EMEA, provides information to finance in view of the annual salary budget, variance analysis and salary reconciliation. Your profile Education:
A Master in HR, Economics, Business, Law & Tax or related discipline is required. Job
Experience:
At least 10 years of related job experience Knowledge & Skills:
Broad and progressive experience in compensation and benefits for EMEA within (preferably) a sales organization of comparable scale and complexity. Executive compensation and expatriate experience is a must. Demonstrated experience working with broad-based, incentive, sales and equity compensation. Knowledge of international/global compensation programs and practices. Demonstrated project management and ability to lead multiple initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Expert Excel skills required. Advanced HRIS, Word and PowerPoint skills strongly desired. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw conclusions, themes and trends from large amounts of data and propose solutions. Demonstrates knowledge of state-of-the-art thinking and practices in compensation with the ability to collaborate with fellow members of Global Rewards Team. Bright, articulate, and flexible with strong interpersonal skills allowing him/her to successfully navigate across all levels of the organization. Must be discreet and maintain the highest level of confidentiality with extremely sensitive data. Superior verbal and written communication ability and exceptional presentation skills are required. Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
